I was contacted about an interview three weeks after I applied for the position. The interview consisted of a three person panel including two environmental planners and a human resources analyst. Overall, the questions they asked were fairly straight forward making me feel comfortable throughout the session. The interview lasted roughly 30 minutes and I was notified of their decision the following week.
