Interview
The interview process consisted of a few rounds followed by an in person superday. There was a mix of behavioral and technicals, and the process was smooth. The employees focused on getting to know you and your working style, and emphasized that this is an entrepreneurial, self-starter role

Interview
In person, through college or university. Easy interview, very much a conversation, though not very transparent in what they were looking for. I think they would benefit from more technical/industry oriented questions and being more open about what they're looking for in a candidate.
