Mostly via Skype, some scenario based questions and a bunch of questions about my background. There were some reference checks from managers and past clients. Overall the experience was enjoyable and went pretty smoothly.

usually a 2 to 3 step process with interviews. They do care about technical knowledge, how you speak and present yourself. even if you dont know an answer, that is fine. its more about how you respond to a question you do not know.
