Skype interview with one of their HR recruiters. You go through the normal process of them telling you about the company and then they ask a few questions about you. It became a little bit strange when I started asking questions about the company and the recruiter got defensive. I asked how this company plans to stand out in a competitive market especially since there are other companies in the same field and in the same time frame those companies revenues grew much more.
