Interview
The process consisted of 5 rounds:
Round 1: General Written Test (English, Match, Writing Skills, Logical)
Round 2: HR Interview- Very general
Round 3: Technical Written Test (Finance, Writing, Logical)- Need to have good knowledge of financial terms and possess the ability to sieve through relevant information from long comprehensions.
Round 4: Technical Interview- Questions were mostly based on round 3
Round 5: Interview with a Director (mostly a formality)

Questions revolving around equity shares, preference share, bonus equity, sweat equity, merger, de-merger, bridge financing etc.
Basic finance questions related to 3 financial statements of finance. and questions related to link between all 3 of them was asked. so just prepare well for this basic questions and everything around it.
