Initial Screening Team Lead Interview Both the recruiter and TL were pleasant, followed up with role and didn’t get it, despite the experience being well over what they asked for/needed. It seems like a great company to work for, but its a company where there was no true hiring timeline, it was a “Whenever the TL feels a person with the right fit comes along” kind of thing. Which is never a good sign to me as an interviewee. Especially one considering multiple companies, that have hiring timeliness in place.
