Received an email from a recruiter asking me to fill out a sheet with some general questions. We then organised a call with a member of the team. It was a video call and she asked me mostly about my experiences and we talked about the field in general. Super friendly and relaxed! Seems like a great company which does a lot of really interesting work.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at S&P Global (New York, NY)
Interview
The interview process included one preliminary call with HR, a technical business case interview, and final behavioral interview. All interviewers were very kind and made the process easier. The business case interview included a scenario presented at the time of interview where I had to use my knowledge of math and markets of interest to predict how certain elements of the case would affect the markets in question. I was allowed a pen and paper but no calculator.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked me to describe relevant projects I had worked on, my contribution to these projects and their outcome.
The interview process consists of two rounds: the first round is a conversation with a representative from Human Resources to discuss general qualifications and fit for the role, while the second round includes an in-depth interview with an Analyst and a Partner from the local office to assess technical expertise and alignment with the team's objectives.
Applied online through company website. Start with a HR phone interview, then online video interviews with the team managers. Very nice and friendly, valuable feedbacks. HR is responsive to your questions.
