first round is HR phone interview. some basic questions. Then it's the manager's round. Very straightforward. They asked you about your resume and work experience. After that, you just wait for about a month to hear back from them.

Interview
Started with a 15 minute phone screen, proceeded to do 2 more 30+ minute interviews over the phone, as well as an hour and a half interview over Zoom. After 2 months of this process and all the time given to them they did not even give the courtesy of saying they went with another candidate. It’s been 3 months since initial contact and have been given no update, even after reaching out.
