Efficient with smart, nice people. Some tech-specific questions as well as understanding whether someone is a good team and cultural fit. Seeking ability and potential to learn over a specific skillset. This was back in the day before they became as corporate, so not sure what it's like now.

Interview
Interview process was a joke. First HR asked for salary expectations before position was discussed. HR sets up phone interview which was then canceled minutes before interview start time. Apologized for short notice and rescheduled. Phone interview lasted less than 15 mins with person doing all the talking. Got a rejection email the next day. Were they truly hiring?
