There were two rounds of phone interviews both had mostly behavioral questions like, why DMRS, why credit, followed by a brain teaser at the end. Really straightforward besides the brain teaser.
I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at S&P Global (São Paulo, São Paulo)
Interview
Logic (average financial services difficulty) and finance (not particularly hard if you are able to think instead of replication knowledge, some out of the box questions) test together with other candidates, then followed by three rounds of interviews: with the HR, with analysts and specialists, then with the area director. Took about 3 weeks in total.
