Applied online, was chosen for a phone screen and then received an editorial test confirmation. For some reasons they cancelled my testing 1 day before the appointment. In e-mails their representatives are asking me to wait for second week and, frankly speaking, I don't know what to think.
It is a great interview process; HR is professional and replies to my emails in a timely manner. 1 phone interview with hr, 2 first round of interview, second round of interview

Interview
I was contacted by recruiter, then I was asked to complete a writing and reading comprehension skills test. Then, I had a series of interviews with industry editors and managing editors. The entire process dragged on for six months. I hadn't heard from them in six weeks, when I got a call offering me the job.
