I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at S&P Global (London, England) in Feb 2018

Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Phone Call: Basic fit questions like "walk me through your resume" "why S&P" "What do you know about our products" " Tell us an experience when you failed/succeed"
Assessment center: Writing test about "Why S&P and What are your assets for this job"
Computing test: check of your speed on taping on a computer
Finance question (MCQ): basic finance such as "what is a bond" "why use the P/E ratio" "what is a forward"...
Two interview: pretty much the same questions than during the two first rounds.
Multiple stages consisting of a technical interview and a behavioural interview. For me the technical interview was fairly hard as i was not expecting deep technical knowledge regrading financial statements.
The interview process typically begins with an initial screening round, which may be conducted over a phone call or video interview to assess communication skills, basic qualifications, and overall suitability for the role. This is followed by a technical or functional round, where candidates are evaluated on their analytical abilities, Excel proficiency, understanding of business operations, and problem-solving skills.
Shortlisted candidates may then attend a managerial or HR round, focusing on behavioral questions, cultural fit, ownership, adaptability, and career goals. In some cases, a task or case study may also be assigned to assess practical skills. The final decision is communicated after overall evaluation of performance across all rounds.
