First step was a phone screen with the Head of Talent. Then a few days later, a second phone interview with the hiring manager. When the hiring manager saw the potential in me I moved forward with an in-person interview at their office with the team. It's one of the best interview processes I've ever been. The phone interviews was pretty typical but one thing that stood out was how accommodating everyone was. Rylo is a fairly young company and every one is extremely busy at all times but they were super flexible with my schedule. It reflects how much Rylo appreciates and values each candidate. On site, everyone greeted me with warmth and made sure I was comfortable and had a great experience.
