I did an application and was called the following week. The recruiter was OK yet she kept asking me redundant questions which turned me completely off even invading my personal privacy. I haven’t heard from Ryder since and to be honest I’m not disappointed.

The interview process is simple and you get typical interview questions , no reason to be nervous very laid back . The interview was virtual with one supervisor, his camera was off for the interview . However he was very informative about the expectations for the position.
