Interview
Not a formal interview process at all. I don't think my interviewers prepared at all for the interview. Not even sure they read my resume. It was very low stress and casual.

Question 1
Basically asked me why I wanted the job and to tell them about myself. The remaining interview was just chit chat.
Interview process was very stress free. Meeting multiple people in the office made the process very welcoming. Friendly staff work environment seems great. Interview was very straightforward virtual interview then coming into the office to meet the team.

Interview
It was fantastic, everyone communicated so quickly and efficiently! I had a great sit-down, in person-interview onsite. A day later they contacted me with an offer. The experience was a great one, and the best I had since I entered the job market.
The interview process was a basic process of a quick phone conversation with the recruiter followed by multiple interviews with management. Communication was clear and the length of the process took about 2 weeks.
