I was reffered and this was my interview process. One may have any extra senior manager round before HR, I didn't because of less time.
1st-Test(aptitude, accounting, English)
2nd-Telephonic(Intro,about ryan and about role)
3rd-Technical(Accounting,Excel, IT, General questions,speed calculations)

Technical round-(accounting- Errors, Concepts and conventions, accounting standards, pnl, bs, depreciation amortization, all basic defination, Why ryan, intro, about role, excel(hlookup, vlookup, shortcuts , formulas), Tax( slab rates, defination)
HR-intro, behavioural questions and situations, interpersonal skills(Introduce yourself with 2 qualities you have)

good rounds of interviews, but didn't take into account the local office politics. was told everyone came in entry level and i would be promoted asap, but then was put in line behind people who had been there longer. which is fine if that's how they want to do promos, i just wish that is what i had been told upfront.
