Interview
I was interviewed at Ryan LLC Hyderabad. First-round is a jam. we were asked to choose a topic of our own and speak for two minutes. The second round is a written test. In the written test they will ask questions relating to Basic Accounting, one or two tax questions, Aptitude, Email writing (they will give you a situation like how you would write an email to your team manager)and Essay writing( they will give you two topics and you can choose one ). If you are qualified in written test after about a week you will be asked to come for one- one interview 1st round is like you will be asked questions regarding your resume.if you are qualified in this round there will be another 3 rounds they are a senior manager (India) round and second with the US call and third HR round.

good rounds of interviews, but didn't take into account the local office politics. was told everyone came in entry level and i would be promoted asap, but then was put in line behind people who had been there longer. which is fine if that's how they want to do promos, i just wish that is what i had been told upfront.
