Interview
First interview was with recruiter over the phone and it lasted lasted about 10 minutes. It was very informative. I received a second interview with several managers in person the following week. They were all very nice.

Interview
Largely behavioral. Technical questions were very limited, due to the nature of the business. Most of the tax analysis work is taught on the job and there wasn't really an expectation of knowing much before hand.

Give an example of when you worked on a team. There were multiple team oriented questions.
zoom meeting with team lead to discuss position requirements and what a day in the analyst of the position consists of. great explanation of the team structure and employer benefits.
I was contacted by a recruiter who scheduled this interview. I showed up to their office for a series of interviews by 3 individuals who were all very nice and knowledgeable.
