Ryan Herco Flow Solutions interview questions

Basic question and answer session. Description of job duties and responsibilities, a little described history of the company. Explanation of size of company, other satellite locations around the country. Explanation of my salary & benefits etc. But minimal inquiry of my past work experiences and background. No questions of why "I'd like to work here" or "of my career goals" etc.

The interview was very casual, simple questions about "you" and the prior work done in the past and of course you're previous employers and why you left. For the most part I felt the interview went quite well and was told that I would be called back in for a second interview. When leaving I thought it was a done deal since the she seemed ambitious in hiring quite quickly. Unfortunately she never contacted, but I did get an email telling me they hired another and wished me luck.
