Russo Development interview questions

Interview process wasn’t terrible but it did come off a little intimidating. I felt prepared for the questions but was interviewed by two people at the same time. Both individuals were very friendly and welcoming though.

Meet with Leasing Director twice. Meeting was cordial but left confusing who and where position would be located. Typical background check, and wait period. Was offer the position until the Controller contacted me and advised I didn't fit "their" criteria and processed to debate the reasoning. Corporate driven mentality. Women are more behind the office doors. Can't imagine promotions happen often for women in this company.
