I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Russell Tobin (Minneapolis, MN) in Feb 2015
Interview
2 Phone calls, one with the recruiter and one with potential hiring manager. After talking with the recruiter, submitted my resume for them to forward it onto the hiring company. Very quick process due to hiring company's need: 5 days from recruiter call to hiring manager call, to receiving offer and accepting offer.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years? How do you see yourself fitting into the company? What are your career goals?
It was a fair amount of questions however fairly average and easy. The process took about 30 minutes with another 30 for all information you need to provide .zyou do need to do a background check which is pretty ideal since they are finding you placement of work
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Russell Tobin
Interview
The recruiter set up a video call interview for me, and the company never showed up. When I told him what happened, he rescheduled another one, and the same thing happened. After that, he said he would contact me and try to see what was going on but I never heard from him again.
I applied online. I interviewed at Russell Tobin (West Palm Beach, FL)
Interview
Very unorganized. An interview was set up for the following week via Facetime, and I had phone and email confirmation that the interview would be taking place at a certain date and time. When the time came for the interview, the company went dark, and I couldn't reach anyone and I was never contacted to be interviewed.
Thank you so much for this review. This is unacceptable and should never happen to a candidate. Can you please send us more details to ensure we can address this issue so it does not happen again? Details can be sent to Elizabeth.miller@russelltobin.com - thank you!
