Interview was easy, they asked about the company mission etc. Can sometimes be hard since so many people are applying. Go in person and give resume. Know about what makes rush bowls different then other smoothie and bowl restaurants.

The interview process was fairly easy. It was just one interview and I was interviewed by the assistant manager. She asked basic questions, questions to basically get to know you and your skills/ experience. Quick interview and heard back within a couple of days.
