Difficult questions with task that was emailed 45 minutes before and assessed the behaviours of 'effective decision making' and 'communication & influencing'. Task took up most of the interview and questions related directly to behaviours

Face to face interview, very easy just a quick chat and some offered a fixed term role. Applied via Brook street and was starting within the fortnight, nothing else to report really
