Ruiz Foods interview questions

Ruiz Foods had a quick interview process with two rounds of interviews. First with the Associate Director and the second with the CFO. Their primary goal is to have a candidate as soon as possible. During the interview I did not receive hardly any financial questions even though it was for a financial position. In addition, I was more interviewed on my past positions and like most individuals we can sometimes not control the companies we work for. They are more focused on background rather than ability to do the job. Their interview process is outdated and if your background is not perfect they will not go with you.

Easy interview process which I didn't study for. The opening was very limited. Not for the marketing role. Not sure if I'll get it, but you might. Hopefully it works out in the future.
