Not enough pay, terrible management. Corporate is not corporate. It is basically just district managers. They micromanage. Terrible for growth and the pay is awful compared to surrounding businesses. They expect much more than they give.

Went in and asked for manager. Filled out paperwork and went back to the office and spent one on one time with the manager and answered a few questions. Then was told about the job and what to expect.
