The process was pretty seamless and took around 2.5 weeks for the ET role. It starts with HR phone screening and two panel interviews with the teams you're interested in. They are pretty quick to let you know the feedback and really appreciate our responsive the HR rep was.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Ruder Finn
Interview
Rather straightforward, with a very uncomfortable self video required. Applied and was asked for a phone interview the same day and was selected 2 hours after the interview. granted it was the last day to apply on a rolling application.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Ruder Finn (Austin, TX) in Mar 2023
Interview
The first interview was over the phone with a recruiter and went well. After that, I was set up with two account supervisors on a Zoom call and that went over really well. I was moved onto the next round with the executive VP and operations senior VP. Unexpectedly, the position moved locations at the last minute and the follow-through fell off. Not sure what happened internally.

I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ruder Finn
Interview
Quick process -- 2 phone interviews and then a quick follow up with a response. I interviewed while I was still in school, so a bunch of questions were on that and my interests rather than on work experience
