Friendly, thorough, organised - great first impression of a company. From the moment I walked through the door I felt welcomed. I was given a good outline of the company and the role, and then I was asked a good amount of competency based questions for the interviewer to better understand my skills, experience and motivations.

Really friendly more about wanting to talk and see what both parties want/need instead of just scaring the candidate. They invite you in and walk you through the office everyone says hello/smiles then go through to one of the conference rooms to have more of a friendly conversation and go from there.
