Interview
Lengthy! I met a total of 9-10 people and my process took 3 months from 1st interview to date of hire. The company however is very organized and thorough which more than makes up for the lengthy process. Worth the wait.

Interview
After two and a half months of interviews—five rounds total—plus an in-person skills test that I completed with ease in under 50 minutes (I've done these many times before), it all ended with a rejection. I brought fresh ideas to the table that no one on the executive team had even considered, thanks to nearly a decade of experience in this field. I rearranged my life, waking up my cousin early to watch my son for the hours I spent traveling, paying for transportation costs, and sending follow-up thank you notes after every round. This experience was exhausting and frustrating, especially after my fiancée and I have been actively job hunting for over a year.

Interview
I was three-pronged and included an assessment for general administrative knowledge. First I interviewed with the HR Vice President via a phone screen which led to an in-person meeting with her and two of her colleagues individually. After, I was invited to take a timed assessment that same evening. I had to wait for them to process and review my results and was offered a final interview two weeks later. At the final interview, I met with a panel of the Executive VP's and Managing Director I would be supporting. I was greeted with a formal offer a week and a half later.
