Interview
Three rounds interview, starting with a phone interview and then a skype interview and ends with a on site interview that compose of both a short exam (including a section on logic and reasoning and a section on Excel and data analysis) and multiple one on one meeting with top company personals. Royce side was very professional through out the process, and I had a very smooth experience.

Question 1
I was asked to do an educated guess on subject that I clearly have very limited knowledge. I am fairly sure there was no right nor wrong answer; all they were looking for was can I make reasonable assumption and then use those assumption to get a reasonable estimation.
It was thorough with a quantitative exam an excel exam and 3 rounds of interviews. Interviewers where very nice and where really interested in me and my experiences. They spent all the time that I needed to answer my questions. I was very happy with the process, very professional
