Everything is explained through emails and attachments which is helpful. The first thing for me was a test, then flying aptitude testing, a medical and interview. The interview is conducted at a local recruitment office.

Several interviews progressing in depth and difficulty. First a screening with your AFCO then a career discussion interview which is basically to check you are somewhat prepared for the final interview at AIB

Took around a year. Sift test. Then sift interview. The FATs and finally AIB. Not sure why the whole process is drawn out so long. Definitely a con not a pro.
