Interview
After initial assessments completed in person at an AFCO I had a video interview with one of the careers advisors. The interview was relaxed but thorough, going through many aspects of personal and professional experiences.

Question 1
How would you cope with being away for long periods of time in unfamiliar locations?
Quick and easy before a lengthy security check. A full medical was required, as well as a periodic eye examination.
After that I was ready to take my offer of 4 days training before heading to my basic training.

Interview
Well defined on the RN Careers Website.
Fair and well structured.
But process can take 6 months to a year.
You will have a dedicated ACLO to support you through the process, but the more research that you conduct in your own time the better.
