Very easy, more of a chat. Vibe check would best describe it. If you are friendly and have a good personality, good work ethic, you will do well. You are an independent contractor.

Tell me about yourself. They want to have a chat with you. Nothing to be afraid of, you generally just have to commit to some things.
I was interview by their talent scout/coach Jim. He is charismatic and a great first impression for the company. Being able to tour the office was great considering other interview are done on zoom.
