The managers are unprofessional, they don't treat you with respect, they underestimate your abilities and ask you questions that have nothing to do with the field of work. One of the managers just mocked me because I don't have a car. It's fortunate that I didn't sign a contract with them because the work environment is very toxic there.

Since it was through a consultancy it was quite easy and all d rounds were personal interviews and height and weight sections !they judge you with the personality not with the flying experience.
