I applied through university. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Royal Caribbean Group in Dec 2017
Interview
Received an email from one of the campus recruiters wanting to speak to me about an opening within one of their units within the internship program. He contacted me mainly because he was interested in my minor in Business Analytics and the Senior Manger was looking for business students. We talked over the phone with him detailing a little more about the position and the daily responsibilities. It was more of a screening interview; he did not ask any behavioral questions and it was more HR logistical questions that need to be asked (am I able to work in the US, will you have housing in Miami, etc.). He was a really nice guy and seemed really cool.
I then interviewed with the Senior Manger of the unit that I was interviewing for about a couple days later. It first started of with him asking me to run through my resume. This internship position required a solid knowledge about Microsoft Excel so he asked me questions about my experience with excel, how well I understand pivot tables and filters, and excel assignments I did in class. Interview lasted approximately 20 minutes including questions I asked him. About a week later, I received an email from the campus recruiter letting me know that they hired another candidate. Although I did not get the offer, it was a positive experience.
