I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RoviSys (Atlanta, GA) in Sep 2023
Interview
Where to possibly start? Interviewed with 4 members of the engineering team. First was a woman who within 5 minutes called a previous place I'd been to a “[profanity]”, twice. Then two gentlemen enter and after testing me on my PLC knowledge, I tell them I actually applied for a software development job, not systems, and he looks to the other guy and no joke, asks him "software development....do we even HAVE any open positions for that?" This place is a circus.

Interview
Interviewed with 4 people back to back. 20 minutes for each individual. Overall not too difficult, mainly asked behavioral questions as well as talked about my experience. Interview was pretty easy in general.

Interview
It was one two 45 minute interviews back to back on site. It was a casual environment, but still professional. They seemed to value curiosity and technical process control system experience.
I applied through university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at RoviSys (Thousand Oaks, CA) in Oct 2023
Interview
Was not a technical interview. Had to meet one on one with about 4 different engineers. I am an electrical engineering major and it seems like this location has mostly chemical engineering majors and the main focus of this division is in pharmaceutical development. There was one of the interviewers who met with me on zoom which seemed like a manager or something. He was the only person I didn’t click with. He didn’t seem all that interested especially since he didn’t bother showing up in the office. The rest of the interviews were a pleasure to talk with. They were engaging and helped answer my questions.
