I went to a Career Fair through my University and they set up an interview with me at the company headquarters. I ate lunch with a group of 12 or so other candidates for multiple co-op/full time positions. Then I toured the facility and interviewed with 6 different employees for 20 minutes each, with them asking mostly behavior type questions. I got a response 2 weeks later.

Four Interviewers for a 90 minute time period total - took place over Zoom, however the in person interview included a tour of the facility. Expected me to have questions ready and knowledge of the company.
