I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at RoviSys (Cleveland, OH) in Oct 2016
Interview
Met on campus. Had one and only interview on site. Started off with a small presentation by RoviSys about the company, there were 5 other interviewee's present.
We were given a small tour of the building, and then we were put into our own rooms. Around 7 RoviSys employee's would come in one at a time and talk to us for about 20 minutes. They asked us questions from "What are your hobbies?" to "What do you know about PLC's?" and "Do you believe in Big Foot?"
Heard back like 4 weeks later (even though they say 2 weeks).

Interview
Very easy, very straightforward, very friendly. The managers I spoke to were very accommodating, upfront, and willing to answer any questions I had. They were thorough and well spoken. It was one of my most positive interview experiences yet.

Interview
Virtual. Six interviewers, pairs of two over three interviews. Interviewers included recruiter, hiring manager, peers. Questions were all behavioral interview style, such as 'tell me about a time...' Ample time was provided to ask questions.

Question 1

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at RoviSys (Aurora, OH) in Sep 2025
Interview
First interview was a phone call and then a panel interview 2 weeks later for about 2 hrs. Very friendly and personal. Technical and behavioral questions. Got an offer but travel was upped to 50% and it wasn’t clear on how much would be local vs domestic. Travel expenses is reimbursed. I didn’t like the upfront expense of travel especially at 50% with low offer. I was ghosted while attempting to negotiate. I was extremely cautious and it was to no avail.
