I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Roundhouse (Provo, UT) in Aug 2023
Interview
Applied online. HR contacted me and scheduled a phone interview.
I was asked to then meet with a VP and the hiring manager.
The very first question asked was “How long have you been in Utah?” This is an illegal question, origin is a protective class. Highly uncomfortable and inappropriate.
The rest of the interview was a waste of time.
At the conclusion of this poorly executed interview, I was told “you have acclimated very well to the Utah culture”.
Who says that? What hiring process does this company follow to ask illegal questions?
I knew right away that I would not want to work for them.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Roundhouse (Boise, ID) in May 2023
Interview
Had a phone interview and 2 in person interviews. On my final interview I was required to present a training to the corporate team. After the interview it took 2 weeks to hear back from them. The in person interviews were very structured and corporate. It was a very cold experience but professional.
