Interview process was fairly simple. Had phone interview with local store manager, then face to face interview with area manager. Dressed business casual. It is a pizza parlor, but also management position.

Interview
Brief interview with owner was relaxed and stress free. Went over qualifications and experience as well as their expectations and procedures for hiring and training managers. RTP corperate has a training program with classes that once passed allow you to move up in pay rate and job title. Shift supervisor training is a prerequisite to start the manager classes and so on. Ongoing training is mandatory to keep up with changing procedures and remain sharp with skills necessary to do job (dough making, HAACP, etc)
