I stopped by and picked up a job application. After filling it out I stopped by and dropped it off to the manager. The owner then called me in for an interview. It was very quick and informal. Got offered the job on the spot.

The interview was relatively easy- you could tell they were just looking for new hires and not necessarily the cream of the crop. Do not be too worried about it, but be prepared.
