I stopped in for an application. They asked me if I had a resume. I handed in my resume and filled out the application at Rouge. Two days later I got a phone call from a manager asking if I could come in for an interview. At my interview I first met with a manager who asked me about myself. It was like a screening. I then interviewed with the general manager who asked me about experience and told me of the difficulties working in a place like Rouge. They hired me on the spot.
