Cover letter, situational judgement test, video interview (group) and video interview (personal), was a pleasant experience. The video group interview felt like a nice discussion and the interviewers were all very friendly. They provided detailed feedback on my performance which was helpful.
Interviewer was very friendly, and gave me time to think. Questions were mainly behavioural and motivational with some technical questions. The technical questions were relatively basic and didn't require too much in depth knowledge.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Rothschild & Co (Paris) in Sep 2024

1) analyst and associate, 10' of fit, 35' of technical questions.
2) VP alone, 10' of fit, 35' of technical questions.
3) HR interview, basically ton confirm my interest.
They were all really friendly.
