      No offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Rotary (Evanston, IL) in Aug 2018

      Interview

I had a phone interview and then an in-person interview with the two people who would be my managers. They were relaxed and kind, but they did warn me that the company culture is somewhat stiff and white-male-dominated. I then interviewed (same day) with another Admin Assistant who had been there awhile. They were all nice, the building was lovely, and it was overall a good experience. They never updated me and I got another offer, so that was the end of that.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Rotary (Evanston, IL)

      Interview

The interview was thorough, to say the least. After applying via Glassdoor, I was contacted by People & Talent at Rotary. The process started with a preliminary phone interview. I passed that and moved on to a Skype interview with another one of the current admins in the department. I then moved on to an in person interview with two of the managers in the department, and subsequently met my current boss in my fourth and final interview along with another one of the managers in the department. The whole process took about three months from the time of application to the day I started.

      Question 1

Describe your previous experience and why you are a good fit for this role.
