I got called while I was traveling in Yellow Stone National Park and when I came back to LA, I was interviewed my the senior analyst. Basically, I was asked about my past work experience and my personal background. They also asked me to send them an article that I wrote to them so that they could evaluate me more efficiently. The process took about 30-40 minutes.

They did a phone call with me told me they were interested and then asked me to come in for an in-person interview. I was on time and they made me wait. Then the two people interviewing began having a minor dispute over their own problems during our interview. Very unprofessional would not waste your time even responding to them if you care about your career.
