Applied late february, didn't hear back for a month then got an email for a 30 minute phone screening. Just had the phone call now waiting to hear back again for round 2. Pretty slow process for such an early start date

- very long interview process spanning a couple months
- three phases of interviews (hiring manager, panel of four to five team members, two managers)
- interviewers were kind; however, one of them did not show up during my final interview and i did not receive any explanation
