First there was a phone screen, then one-on-one interviews, then a case study, and then more in-person interviews for 30 minutes each. Meet people across departments. Looking for skills and cultural fit.
Interview process is quite lengthy. It has 4 stages. First an Aptitude test, then a Phone interview, followed by a technical assessment and finally a cultural fit panel interview. You get feedback in two to five days
