The company shows no respect towards the candidate's time, after providing a draft of the contract with accepted terms of cooperation. The very next day, they wish me luck in the next recruitment, as they thought it is a "contract of employment", which we checked three times. If they can change their decision overnight, I fear I would end up, in an even worse situation working for them and e.g. not receiving the payment or being fired just like that.
