I was "matched" using RippleMatch, which is supposed to provide an accelerated hiring process. I had to email the recruiter in order to actually receive the next steps, which ended up being a HireVue. That doesn't seem very "accelerated" to me (HireVue is essentially pre-screening), and the HireVue seemed like a great way to waste my time without having them spend literally any time on me in return. The coding question was a "happy numbers" question, be sure to look that up. It took them a couple weeks to have the decency to send me a rejection email. Overall, an impersonal experience and a waste of my time. Reflects poorly on the company in my opinion.
