I applied through roiglawyers.com and received a phone call from the Senior Staff Recruiter. She asked me questions regarding my experience and scheduled a time for me to come in and interview in person. I was able to interview that week and when I arrived I was greeted by reception and was directed to the meeting room. I spoke with the Senior Staff Recruiter and had a very thorough interview. We talked about not only my experience, my resume and what Roig Lawyers offers but also the core values Roig has as an employer. I was so impressed with how organized and professional the interview process was.
After my meeting with the Senior Staff Recruiter I met with the Senior Human Resources Manager and the Legal Assistant Manager. At this time, they both asked me questions regarding my experience and different questions to judge my skill set, character and reaction to different stressors and situations. During my discussion with them I learned more about Roig's upbeat, happy and position culture.
My last interview was with the firm's Legal Operations Director. We discussed the position in depth and what my responsibilities would be. We compared each of my skills from previous employers and my education and analyzed how I would be the best fit for the position. The experience was positive, professional and thorough.
After my last interview I took a short test that helped the firm better understand my typing speed and my ability to pay close attention to detail.
