Rodan Jewellers interview questions

Very unprofessional during the interview. I was referred by a current employee. But instead of trying to get to know me and my experiences, instead the owner went on a fishing expedition to try to find out more about the employee that referred me. Throughout the 40 min chat, half the time the question was on what I know about the employee that referred me. Also contacted my previous current and previous company for references without my knowledge and approval.
